Coachella 2016 is quickly approaching! So those of you lucky enough to attend need some killer looks to conquer Coachella this festival season. I've put together five fun and affordable looks that could be worn this festival season.
Look One: Simple
This look is on the simpler side, but is still Coachella worthy. Grab a simple lace crop top with thin straps and pair it with your favorite distressed denim shorts. Wearing a simple look means comfort and ease to move in and dance in. I based this look on a camel color theme, which is a hot color this season. And of course, you can't forget a trendy hat to go along with the ensemble. Finish this look with a small cross body bag to carry your bare necessities, cause you don't want to have to lug around a huge/heavy bag while your jammin to the music. And if you are willing, before the festival, make a hair appointment and get a short, layered cut to guarantee maximum coolness as you are sweating under the dessert sun.
Look Two: Fringe Frenzy
So, I have to admit. I bought myself a suede skirt just like this one and I'm so excited to style it. Anyway, this look is sooooo Coachella worthy. I paired this statement skirt with a boho off the shoulder top that I am so obsessed with. These pieces create the perfect amount of flowy and structured in one look. To accessorize, a great piece of head jewelry will create a great statement. Of course, you can't go wrong with simple black gladiator sandals and a gold chocker necklace to match the head jewelry. I also found this really cool phone pouch that is the perfect accessory to carry your phone. Like I said before, you don't want to worry about loosing anything, so travel light!
Look Three: Romper
Being at Coachella means running around, dancing till your feet hurt, and sweating under the dessert sun. So, you'll probably want something comfortable to wear, right? This romper is the answer! It's lightweight, comfortable, and has a cute pattern. I paired it with camel colored accessories for a soft look. These knee high gladiator sandals are the perfect shoe for a romper. I also added a fun floppy hat and it totally compliments the blue embroidery on the romper. Lastly, you're going to need a bag. I found one that is not only easy to carry around but also has a tassel just like those that appear at the strings of the romper.
Look Four: Off the Shoulder + Denim
Off the shoulder tops seem to be taking over the Spring fashion scene and I am perfectly okay with that. I am so obsessed with this one, I love the florals and lace together. It's so girly and boho which makes it perfect for Coachella. I 100% sure off the shoulder tops are going to be a hot ticket look at Coachella this season. I paired this one with a denim skirt, a more fun and different look than basic denim shorts. This look is pretty simple because the off the shoulder look is the main aspect of the look. Accessorizing with camel colored pieces seemed great for this look I added some great sunnies. The perfect pair of sunnies are a great investment for festival season.
Look Five: Vanessa Hudgens- Esque
As I was styling this look, I realized Vanessa Hudgens would totally wear something like this. First off, I am so obsessed with this color palette. Black might not be the ideal color for being under the sun all day, however, this would be great for a nighttime look. Patterned pants, like these, are a great Coachella look. Of course, the off the shoulder top would be great with the pants and be a great option for the hot weather. I stuck with black accessories too. The structured hat is a favorite of mine and I also added a backpack. A backpack would be a great choice for a music festival because it is easy to walk around with and carry your belongings in. A great statement necklace would also be perfect for this look too. It's fun and a great focal point. The shoes are also one of my favorites. Lace up flats are another great shoe to wear for one of the three days, maybe even all three days.
